What purpose exactly does the biological component of Robocop serve? Wouldn't he be more reliable if they left out the human brain and just made him a straight-up robot like ED 209? I can't see what purpose the human aspect of Robocop serves, other than to cause memory flashbacks that mess up his robotic duties.

I had heard about the acid man before I saw it and still was sort of taken back by it.

Working through Season Five of Lost, now in the midst of the time travel
part.  I'm ready to give up and move onto the The Wire (our next show
to devour) but my wife at least wants to play out the rest of the
series.  I'm so angry with how the show has been since the end of season
4; it was set up so nicely for a tidy

What about Gozer?

Just because an album can be played live doesn't mean it's a superior album.  In the liner notes for "Beatles For Sale", they trumpeted how "The band can play every note on this album live in concert!!!"  Is that a better album than White Album, Sgt Peppers or Revolver?  The band couldn't have played those albums live

Metallica got me into the Misfits, and I turned into a huge Misfits fan in high school. And I agree totally; Killers is a big step back from the first album.

Seventh Son for me. Runner-up would probably be Piece of Mind.

How could there be possibly two bands of that name? It's probably a reference to something that's beyond me.

This is what a Jagged Metal Krusty-O would sound like if it was in a band.

My brother loves the band and was trying to get me hooked on them for a while.  Didn't take.

It was summed up well at the beginning: I simply didn't think I would ever hear these songs played live, and he is playing nearly all of them from that album.

Exactly.  I feel totally left out when I don´t know every word, or at least can name every song. My brother got me tickets to the Social Distortion show in LA this weekend, and it was a club to which I was not a member.  You feel really alone.

My favorite part of any sequel is when two characters are talking about someone that isn't in the picture, and one of them mentions that the character had died off-screen since the last installment, just in case you were wondering why such an important character was missing.

Best things I would have probably never tried to put in my queue and wait for, but watched Instant and really liked:

No love for Rogue Trip? It was done by SingleTrac, plus you could whip other cars with your weinermobile!

Word is bond, word is bond, word is bond

Neutral Milk what???? It doesn't even make sense!  Pass.

I was there, too, and I was so surprised how comfortable he was on stage.  He made a comment about that, ("contrary to what you've heard…") but I was expecting more of a recluse, looking-at-the-floor guy.  He was great.

Yeah, that moment when they walked out (I think "Untitled") and were sort of a four piece band was awesome.  I think the crowd was singing some of the accompanying parts beforehand, but to see the semblance of a band, even for a short breezy song like that was awesome.

The above picture is my all time favorite Undercover moment.
