I totally agree.  I don't think rights like that should be voted on by the general public, but, as my initial post said, that's because I think poorly of the general public.  Is that too condescending? 

Chutes Too Narrow is such expertly crafted pop.  I don't know if it was released in summer, but I first heard it during summer, and the happy tunes remind me of summer.  WTNA is a little more somber, but they don't do that as well.

If "properly argued and defended" means "worded in a way that influences the results", I'm with you.  I think most of America is to the right of those issues; on some of them if not most.  And I'm not throwing bombs here; I'm straight up in favor of all of those.  I just have a lower opinion of my fellow countrymen.
