I think you make a very good point about the rushed ones being funnier.  And honestly, more disturbing.  Good lord, I was blushing at work listening to them.

What, that they have a time table?  It's not like they're ignoring the show.  So it'll be on the next Podmass.

That moment when she's proven right this week is freaking fantastic.  I hope she took a victory lap after that.

I figured since it just dropped (in my list) today that it missed the cut off.

Showing my age?  I saw both Jaws 3D and Howard the Duck in the theater.  HD, twice.  Sue me, I was 13.

Wow, no one here has gone to Vasquez Rocks?  I kind of assumed at least one of us had.

"I'll take $1100 in Itchy Dollars!"

God, Oliver can nail that very particular BBC radio voice.

Something about the story of putting off cancer treatment because, you know, I've got some buds in town, was just great.  Add in the resulting voice mail from his doctor and I was loving it.

So who's doing the kickstarter for Joe Manganiello in "Savage"?  His impersonation of Macho Man was…so unexpectedly good that it had me laughing at my desk at work to the point that I was wiping my eyes.

Wilfred, Hannibal AND a Mamie Van Doren festival on TCM tonight?  Truly, we are living in excellent times.

Dear Seth MacFarlane: No.

Heh.  My wife has read all the Southern Vampire Mysteries, and she nodded her head at that description and went, "Yep."

I guess I'm the only one who like the goofiness of the Aasif Mandvi episode of Nerdist, especially when Janina Gavankar starts busting his balls about his street theatre days at Disney, including pulling up YouTube clips. Like this: http://www.youtube.com/watc…

Kumail Nanjiani's disbelief that this has somehow never come up on the show before was just wonderful.

I don't know about better, but Portland has a reputation for having a huge amount of clubs for it's population. Portland as a cultural place is worth reading about; Chuck Palahniuk is not my cup of tea as a novelist, but his memoir about "Portland,
Fugitives and Refugees: A Walk in Portland, Oregon," is really worth

So we're all watching the Blackhawks, right?

Wow.  Deep cut Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Mary Gross there.

"Hey, how much this podcast go for?"
