I'm concurring with the consensus here: Jasmine was probably raised Episcopal.
What's weird to me about how the show treats Max is that it's apparently based directly on Katims' experiences with his own family member who's on the spectrum. I mean, I assume the drama is heightened for TV, but how much are they pushing things, really, especially as they've pretty consistently portrayed Max as…
I was pleased to be asked to be my niece's godfather, even though I'm not hugely religious. But I bought this plotline, because if anybody is going to be that into godparent status, it's Adam.
I asked about this on Twitter last night and was informed Mae Whitman and Miles Heizer live together in our reality. It's ostensibly just a friends thing, but YOU NEVER KNOW.

We just recorded one today. Hoping to get it up tomorrow. Glad you like it!
I love the novel, too, and a lot of other Chandler, but I think of this as an enjoyable riff on his tropes, not as a direct adaptation. I think you can love both.
My super poncey college literature professor swore by them as the very best popular fiction there was.
I loved Eyes. I am going to One Season Wonders that sometime.
