Living Single always made me laugh. SaTC wishes it were that good. I get how the two can be related, but Living Single was so much more down to earth and not full of itself.

I had no idea. Thanks so much.

I've never seen a minute of that show and I know about the Duggars. I feel like I'm dumber for it.

The least they could do is re-air seasons 1-5 of Project Runway, and early seasons of Top Chef.

They still have Too Cute, but yeah, I see the titles of the shows on Animal Planet and they don't seem to have any relation to animals. If they could figure out a way to do a show about animals who commit murder because of money, sex, or drugs, I'm sure they'd do it.

The Lascivious Channel

OK, I can see that. Thanks.

Yep. In real life, I'd probably never make it onto a jury for a case like this, because I adamantly believe that taking the law into your own hands is, on rare occasions, the way to go. This would be one such occasion, and I'd go in with a bias towards the defendant.

I'll go so far as to say that her life was always in danger.

Khan also works, seeing as that's his name. Some characters are better with a good nickname, but not everybody needs one.

Yeah, I'm willing to give Jackson a little room there, although he really should have told her. But that's the only terrible thing those two ever did to each other. They were a great couple, so they both get a pass.

Agree re: the case of the week. I couldn't believe no one would check medical/hospital records. Do these people not watch Law & Order, or every other crime drama ever? Laurel should have and, if the writers had given it a second's thought, would have been all over that. I don't have a problem if the CoTW isn't a fully

It's hilarious. I expect we'll eventually see all the other students beating the hell out of Michaela, Laurel, Wes, Asher and Connor for being teacher's pet.

Body Burning 101: Top Two Rules

Your breakdown of it is a lot more entertaining than watching it could ever be. OK, Frank saying he'd never want to kiss her, then them going in for a passionate kiss was pretty funny. But I don't think funny was the goal. @disqus_lpt5Yf28Le:disqus still wins.

Ha! I just realized what that refers to. I missed some of the conversation surrounding it, and I couldn't figure out why Asher was so impressed. Also, sometimes I am deeply stupid.

It hit a nerve when it came out. Right place, right time. It was released in 1971, and the country had changed a lot over the previous ten years. And it was just going to get worse.

They didn't show any discussion at Judges' Table. I don't recall that part ever being absent from an episode; I was disappointed too.

Was it Katsuji, or his team, who made the pea and coconut puree? #1, I'm tired of everyone making purees all the time. #2, peas and coconut are two of my least favorite things foods, so it sounded completely disgusting to me.

Right? If you cook regularly it's fairly easy to imagine how two seemingly incompatible flavors actually do work together. But all the imagining in the world can't make me come up with a way that vanilla works well with meat or fish.
