Ottawa premiere? How do I not know about this? At Mayfair, I assume?

As a not-very-invested party, I found the third period kind of hilarious. Empty benches, time out in a 6-1 game, Montreal players targeting Conacher and Turris because everyone bigger had game misconducts, Subban yelling at Pacioretty…

We should make a Kickstarter to bring him home :(

@avclub-eee8ef988c620d245bd91a567cd58d9a:disqus Since it's all about the CanCon, couldn't they also show endless repeats of sci-fi shows?

Yeah, if I'm going to be impressed by a Plato joke, it better be something more than "haha he was old."

Maslany for President*!

Try Anal Goat Song? And relocate the entire film to a concert of said band.

I'm still waiting for an explanation for his digging comments.

I feel like the zombies version is only funny if you've read the original.

It's okay, nobody cares. It's fun to see the people on Sportsnet go through the motions though, when they could be talking more about the Leafs instead.

Imagine the atmosphere in Ottawa - a bunch of government employees sitting quietly in their seats and then complaining after the game about how obnoxious Leafs fans are.

Hopefully in the final standoff between Monroe and Miles and/or Charlie the son just pops up without introduction and stabs Monroe to death, yelling "THAT'S FOR MY MOM, BITCH." Also, maybe just get the kid who played Danny for the role, because who the hell cares.

Yeah, I'm not saying she's right or anything, but when I was a kid my parents considered a divorce and I was really upset by the idea, even though it probably would have been best for everyone. Irrational kids y'know.

Yeah, on further consideration (and analysis from other commenters) it's obvious that the vote tampering did serve a pretty important purpose. I was just initially annoyed at the denouement of the episode that implied the corruption didn't really matter, to some extent.

Brandon Hantz would like a talk with you…

I think Grace's concerned look makes some sense, seeing as she's aware of their past history (sort of), along with the whole up in the air nature of her parents' relationship. At her age, she's just wants her family to stay together.
Then again, now that I think about it more, her parents like just renewed their vows

You're right, I hadn't thought of that, though after the first one attracted suspicion, you'd think people would have been pretty alert at other polling stations. Good point though. Also, if that's the case, the Democrats must not have had a lot of confidence in Peter (heh).

For most of the episode I was thinking a definite 'A' was warranted, but it got bumped down by "Oh we totally would have won anyways" after the vote-tampering was discovered and subsequently hidden. As Sims points out, it makes the case pretty pointless, and it also takes away somewhat from the gravity what was done.

Well last night's episode of Elementary DID feature kitty-litter fairly prominently.
