Agreed, it was a nice reveal both times - the slow pan up to show thousands of walkers, and later when Tyreese emerges from the woods alive behind the two walkers.

Now, if it had been his sister, I'd have totally bought it.
At the time, those two were the only ones in quarantine, there wasn't a whole cellblock full of patients. And Carol definitely killed them both, as Rick asks her if she did and she says "Yes".
I don't know, did you see Rick totally lay him out? That surprised me a LOT. I suspend my disbelief quite happily for this show, but seeing an enraged 220-lbs-of-pure-muscle get beatdown by a gangly 180-lb sheriff/farmer was a littleā¦.surprising.
Well, they WERE pretty sick, and not big huge types. Its a stretch, but compared to believing in a virus that reanimates the dead, I can let it slide.
I think it was answered when he asked "Did you kill them" and she said "Yes".
He was veering dangerously close to "Dale" territory for me until he was telling Rick about falling off the wagon and Rick scoffs, incredulously, "Is THAT what this is?" and Herschel gets all fed up and barks back "PRETTY MUCH, YEAH"
I didn't see that either. I did see him on Talking Dead. Generally just a middle-aged very unattractive man.
Ha, the "dagnabbit" was simply because I feel like I might be leaning too hard on the swearing in the comments lately.
What more is there to know?
Nope.
I find the Tyreese Rage (TM) kind of embarrassing, actually, and bordering on boring. It's so trite, and I didn't see any romance-of-the-ages with him and Karen. It looked more like "Hey, we're both here in the zombie apocalypse, and you're looking good, let's knock boots".
Of course, now it's obvious that her attempt to stall the spread of the disease didn't do a single solitary bit of good. So she's got that to deal with now, not to mention if anyone finds out besides Rick.
What? Who are you referencing?
Oh, I agree, it's 20/20 hindsight, but Carol's bonfire didn't do a single thing to change anything at all. I'm a little surprised she doesn't exhibit more guilt for this.
I think it's for the same reason she keeps her Knifing 101 class for the kids a secret. She doesn't want to be overruled, even though there's a good chance she wouldn't be. She just doesn't want to risk it.
I'm glad to see it was Carol after all who killed the two sick people and burned them. We were talking last week about how that might be true, and I was really hoping it would be exactly this kind of situation - a good person trying to do the what they feel is the right thing by making a hard call.
No one in the car was around when Darryl was still showing the vestiges of his White Power roots.
Hardwick seemed both mortified and annoyed with Manson.
I'm cautiously liking the way the character of Beth is developing. Its a similar kind of nihilism that Carl was sporting, and that Lori had to an extent, but with a different kind of presentation.
