No matter how often or how descriptive I get with my son when trying to explain just how "special" cartoons, movies, and kids' shows were to my generation (elementary school in the 70s) due to them being only available at certain times on certain days, I am always met with a stark, uncomprehending look. He really

I know you're making an ironic type of comment, but if you don't mind I'm going to respond as if you are being at least half-serious in order to talk about my own opinion.

I second that promise.

yeah, I can't add to the comments because my bad date stories are just really really boring.

I think it's pretty clear from the original post. When they were waiting for the popcorn, she said, "I've been thinking……" They then went in to watch the movie, since it was starting, and then after the credits she said, "…that we should see other people."

"Splendiferous!"

Not enough smacking.

I almost thought I saw that too, but when he looked at Darryl there was comprehension in his eyes, so i guess not.

Not so different that they wouldn't ask some questions. Even beat cops ask questions, if only to pile on charges.

*snerk*

Yeah, I'll concede the emotional connection necessity. I am not wholeheartedly convinced of my own argument, just that I can see myself making similar types of wildly irrational arguments if push came to shove with someone getting on my nerves in those circumstances.

I have to say I too was surprised at the abruptness with which they just cut to taking the kid out and dumping him. Supposedly it had been a week? I don't mind skipping some time in this series, but that seemed a weird and important thing to skip over. Granted, the kid probably doesn't know a whole lot about his

The hanging guy's feet/lower legs were gnawed off, so they may have assumed he had a bite that post-hanging zombie feasting rendered invisible.

If you've ever had roommates, trust me, doing the dishes is a VERY BIG DEAL.
