Batroc the Leaper would be amazing, awful accent and all.  I'd also be all for guys like Modok and Arnim Zola but I don't know if the show would have the budget to make them look anything less than ridiculous (not that they really look threatening in the comics).

Freedom of speech means the government won't regulate speech (aside from a few exceptions).  It doesn't have anything to do with us tolerating Chevy Chase, or not calling him out for having been an asshole for 40 years.  Which he has.
