I've seen way more colors on a shirt before. If you ask me, his shirt should have ALL the colors.

Vago, I agree that I am also excited about the new season of Boardwalk Empire. But I am not sure that Danny Huston counts as a breakout character because I don't recall him being in the show. Maybe I'm wrong…I just can't place his face in there.
It isn't really about hating them as characters. It is more about the fact that Angel, Quinn, and the rest of the Miami Metro Scooby Doo Crew are rarely doing anything that has anything to do with the main plot. This show just can't sustain B-Plots, and that is their only role. Where is Quinn being a gloomy alcoholic…
It was 20:12, which is on the shorter side since they have to fit into a 20 - 22 minutes format, leaving 8-10 minutes for commercials. I'd rather have short and good than an extra 2 minutes of fluff though.
Wow, apparently I'm in the minority for thinking Dowd's C+ is generous. I'd give it a hearty D. If anyone gives me this on DVD as a gift, I will tie it to a hubcap on my car. At least then I will have shiny tires and I won't have to subject myself to this two-dimensional waste of time again. More plot holes than The…
The inherent problem with this season is that it likes the idea of a concept episode, but unlike the previous three seasons, the writers can't decide on one concept. This episode started an homage to Unbreakable, and ended as an homage to Spider-Man. This is the exact phenomenon pointed out in the Prison…
If I recall correctly, at the end of last season, Dexter watched a crime happen, and did nothing about it. Then he lost his trial over the Good Samaritan Law and rotted in a jail cell with his friends George, Kramer, and Elaine. I hope Batista's restaurant doesn't close next season due to the horse meat scandal.
Cars are scattered everywhere. They use their mouth and a bit of hose to siphon gas out of cars on the roads and in parking lots.
I believe I can use info from the comics to answer your question about how long the car ride was (This is only a spoiler if you are really into comic book geography.) Atlanta is 7 hours (5 hours according to the comics) from Rick's home in Cynthiana. Hershel's farm was just outside a neighborhood in the south suburbs…
Good points. I think the vast majority of harsh critics have the right of it. Despite the show being about "nerd culture", it seems to be written by people who casually observe nerd culture, and not people who partake in it. The jokes about nerd culture are often very vague or surface quality to where everyone can…
It can't end with dignity, but maybe she can hold it up enough so that it doesn't go out crouched in a corner crying.
I heard that Stephen Colbert is going to play Bilbo, Gandalf, and Smaug. Also, they mo-capped him for the spiders.

I fully agree with this. Most shows in general allow someone who is excellent at their job to be a little off kilter to their coworkers. Dexter is the greatest blood spatter analyst, and damn if anyone will ever call him out on leaving work early or coming in late about every 2 to 3 episodes. Monk can solve any crime,…
