@LurkyMcLurkerson:disqus That Christmas special is the darkest part of League of Gentlemen but only just. The spiritual sequel Psychoville makes it look like happy fun times.

I didn't even think it was out of place. Operation Yewtree has led to me  glossing over all pictures of light entertainers from my childhood to prevent me thinking 'Oh that's a shame'

I'd settle for William G Stewart

Last night I saw Blackface Morris Dancers in the pub. It was so Yorkshire a tear came to my eye.

Huh, I checked for it when I posted but not well it seems. Thanks to @avclub-90d5fbaba9810f5536422ab00ce1889c:disqus  too

I was just waxing lyrical about how good Friends was the other night. The show's ubiquity sort of soured its reputation but when Friends was good it was very good indeed.

Is the BBC League of Gentlemen available over there? That would be a great choice.
Other UK suggestions are Spaced and Green Wing.

When you put it like that, I can't imagine it being anything less than totally awesome.

Three of the movies have time travel as a central plot point, it's not going away any time soon.

Really glad to see Bitch 23 get covered til the bitter end. I even enjoyed the remaining 'Dancing with the Stars' episode when I watched them this weekend.

Last year I went round to a friend's house the night before his wedding. Needless to say we watched 'Wedding' and mocked him relentlessly before call each other piss-kidney throughout the following day. That's what mates do.

Alan Sugar is the rich billionaire on the UK Apprentice, he's a dick but not in the same league as Trump. The Badger is Ruth Badger, a contestant. http://en.wikipedia.org/wik…

Nothing will top Jez eating Mummy. Nothing ever.

They had no idea if their blood would work, they knew for a fact that Khan's would. You don't start by using plan B if you can get a cool fight scene out of plan A.

Yeah, I think Spider-Men was as good as any of the Ultimate Peter stories and very very entertaining.

Did you ever read Neil Gaiman's story "The Problem of Susan". Having never read the Narnia books this was what introduced me to the whole Susan bit and it fascinated me.

@avclub-5c7646b1d39fc0715f330479e4e5f254:disqus I've never heard it spoken badly of at all. I doubt it's aged well but it was very funny and the cast is just amazing.

Steady now. 'Posh White Ladies Fall Over' is bad', but it's not 'Unfunny Irishman in Drag' bad.

SPOILERS

I don't think I'm giving anything major away by saying you will be seeing Scorpius again.
