From the DCAU there's the Batman movies (Mask of the Phantasm, Sub Zero, Mystery of the Batwoman, Return of the Joker) and that's officially it. Crisis on Two Earths is a JL\JLU script that got altered and made as a standalone with a different voice cast and is close enough to the DCAU to be great.

The Villains United Mini from Infinite Crisis is the way to start, the Birds of Prey issues are very skippable, and then the trades list from the wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wik… is fine and dandy. A great little series.
