Even not standing straight and in the background, she's still the tallest person in the shot.

How do you stay on top of the news like that?

I hope we never see Indigo-go and her off-brand Mystique look ever again. The cheesiness of her hair and costume honestly take me out of the scene any time she was on screen.

Great season of work Caroline. I wish more reviews/reviewers around here were more like you reviewing this. You appreciated its strengths, you recognized its flaws, you didn't use it as a soapbox to shoehorn in personal axes to grind every week.

Bon Mot!

I think that's my biggest issue with this feature too. Some of the interviewees are better about it, saying they don't actually "hate" the song but just kind of use it to riff off of, but the vast majority of them I've never heard of until I'm reading their trumped-up bio to start the piece off.

Bruce Campbell had an amusing little anecdote in his autobiography about how when he was in New Zealand filming Hercules, one of the locals asked him if we had KFC back in the states.

That would totally make sense, especially given his reputation…

This can't be stated enough. I was always oddly invested in Christopher Reeve's career after Superman and could never figure out way he didn't get the career he deserved.

Reeve will never be topped, but I am curious what Cavill could do if he had a script written by someone who actually understands what Superman is about.

"Then I ride off, on the grass"

I think the BWOW Band did this version.

Ian Holm wasn't too shabby as older Bilbo either…

Time for one of my favorite quotes: "Lois, Clark Kent may seem like just a mild-mannered reporter, but
listen, not only does he know how to treat his editor-in-chief with the
proper respect, not only does he have a snappy, punchy prose style, but
he is, in my forty years in this business, the fastest typist I've ever

And just think Dougray Scott was cast first, but had to back out so he could keep filming that turd known as Mission Impossible 2

I like Brosnan well enough, but he seems the least physically capable Bond after Moore.

There has to be some actual biological workings going on that so many of us can feel the same way about people having punchable faces. Two of the most punchable faces I've ever seen are Miles Teller and Ted Cruz. Now try to tell me they don't resemble each other, if only just a little bit, around the eyes..

I know I'm being a little hyperbolic, but I actually think Reeve's Superman is one of the great film performances by anyone, ever. It will never, ever register with me that Reeve was only 25 when they made the first film.

Everyone knows the only real Spider-Man/Peter Parker is Nicholas Hammond, Big Man on Campus.

That's spot-on about Norton. It's actually kind of odd with how talented he is, that he played it so down the middle.
