I did some iffy math from memory earlier and I'm guessing that the entire show from pilot to now has been 10-12 days.

Cool, thanks. I loved Real Gone.

Just downloaded it and very excited to give it a couple listens. So what's everyone's favorite Waits album? I'd like to explore him some more and my favorite has always been Blood Money, the first that I heard when I was a wee 19 years old.

I would watch a new season of Undeclared where the cast were survivors of a zombie apocalypse.

I don't know, I think it might be cute to see Jobs as a lion..

Okay nobody has mentioned this week's best moment of unintentional comedy:

Now that is a horror story.

I like this show enough to want to watch it for now, but not enough to want to support AMC with my ratings. Especially if they play so many damn commercials every week. (I know they won't have as many but I imagine there will still be many breaks.) Luckily, I discovered that I could torrent the episode bright and

Aw, Asian Pizza Guy is okay.. when he gets a line.

Impossible!

Yeah, the supporting cast is a mediocre gang of cable television stand-bys but for the first couple seasons they were occupied with actual police work. Somewhere between seasons 3-5 the subplots started to focus on office politics and their sex lives. Basically, it became Melrose Place with badges.

I'm not sure that one counts but what about Romero's Day of the Dead? The 3 most likable characters all escaped the military complex and flew to a tropical island. Sure, Sarah had nightmares but when she awoke the Jamaican dude was fishing and all was well.

I mentioned this earlier in the thread but I think it's a good conversation starter. What do you guys think of the reality of a zombie outbreak lasting more than a few weeks, what with weather and bacteria, insects, wild animals all breaking down the dead flesh until nothing is left?

I love zombie movies but that's a huge plot hole - no matter what climate the zombies are in, the rain, heat, cold, wind.. *not to mention bacteria and insects destroying their cells from within) ..they would be mush within 3 weeks. No way a zombie outbreak could pose a serious threat if they have a shelf life barely

Dexter's been pretty predictable for going on 4 seasons.

Do blowjobs count as dates? I feel like I should really know this.

Not to say that it's been great. The supporting cast is a soap opera and I don't care who is sleeping with who or whatever. And Matsuka is really an idiot for not seeing how weird his assistant is; he's usually pretty bright despite letting his dick lead him around. Well, I wasn't overwhelmed by the premier but the

I'm definitely enjoying this season more than the previous trainwreck!

I listened to Kid A and Amnesiac last night and I wish they would return to that kind of expansive experimentation soon. I've liked all the albums they put out since but those two still stand as their best in my opinion.

Yeah, I get that. I have a habit of overusing certain phrases and 'to be serious' happens to be one of them.
