Sorry Ghaleon, but I'd have to disagree with you on Turnabout Big Top. The characters crossed the fine line between endearing and annoying to me. They did have more nuance than most Ace Attorney characters, but they were easily overshadowed by Matt Engarde and Adrian Andrews in the next case. Plus, the motive of

The Failure held but just Ourselves
And Immortality.

GhaleonQ was responsible for "Fuck You?" I'm guessing hentai was involved somehow.

Indeed, old sport.

Mentioning "Legend of Zelda" in the Gatsby review
which was named after Fitzgerald's wife, Zelda.

This, Akira, and Death Note…
Stop ripping off anime, Hollywood! You're just RUINING EVERYTHING!

My Murakami faves:

Posting excerpts from the SomethingAwful review: the new COMMUNITY SUCKS.

I liked when Oscar sat there blinking when he was supposed to be dead.

This thread was a triumph. I'm making a note here: huge success.

Lovecraft, if you were really the Freeman, you wouldn't say that. Or anything else, for that matter.

@The Dude: Not that Lennon! Vladimir Illyich Ulanov!

That's a really good idea. I can imagine him saying something he thinks is funny and standing around with a huge grin, a la David Brent.

This thread reminds me of the Daily Show episode after the State of the Union address, when Larry Whitmore said something like, "This is the first generation of Daily Show correspondents that will do worse than the generation before."

Maus: You've read the book, now buy the vest!

"I wish I was a book. Then she would flip through me, and sort me, and make sure no one drew wieners on me."

I liked this episode…
My favorite line was Michael's description of "Boner Bomb." It's obviously a reference to the "Crank" movies. I wonder if Amelie added that in, since they're so highly regarded here.

Red vs Blue, huh?
Reminds me of TF2…I'd rather see a movie with the characters from that than one about gnomes.

"OK roommate, I've got my Han Solo costume on. Time to watch all the Star Wars movies! Hey, where'd you go?"

Or Neko Case recording "Middle Cyclone" on her farm in New England.
