People, people, calm down. We can all get along. Here's the secret: stand on the right side of the escalator and let people walk down on the left side. Everybody gets to use the escalator in their preferred way.

The Game of Thrones, where everyone's a winner!
Some of them are, it's true, but also some of the Earthers. Jules-Pierre Mao and Errenwright didn't give up on the protomolecule project even after Eros. And remember that Duerte's Martian faction is actually responsible for Inaros, and they are also the faction that took the protomolecule, so who knows what evil…
You're missing the point. You're still lumping together all Belters and condemning them for the acts of a few. The point of the books and the TV show is that there are good guys and bad guys everywhere.
As for self-sustainability, the books make it clear that whenever the belters tried to create a self-sustaining…
I think Drummer is future Drummer, and also Sam.
You're thinking just like that Belter. I mean, he's right that the Inners ruined Ganymede, we saw the Martians exploiting Diogo and his uncle, we know it was Inners that unleashed the protomolecule. So why not judge the Inners with the same broad brush as the Belters?
Purple Sugarcubes on Venus is the name of my Deep Purple/Sugarcubes/Shocking Blue cover band.
Actually* pushes glasses up nose* , Alex has a specific Mariner Valley accent.
He specifically blamed the Inners for ruining Ganymede.
There was a scene with Avarasala and Errenwright where it sounded like the Maos were in hiding somewhere, so I assumed that Protogen and M-K were taking the fall.
But… he crashed into Venus! That's gotta fuck a guy up, at least.
It's critical that the antenna be isolated from all outside comms so it can't be hacked.
He has a penis. Problem: solved.
I certainly agree that they are writing Dawes as a very compelling, multidimensional antagonist. Harris certainly radiates the charisma that the other character is supposed to have. The problem is not so much the mustache-twirling, but the actions of the character; you can't come back from murdering tens of billions…
It was more of a transmigration.
It's not a stereotype if it's true.
I wish Beyonce well as a human being, but her music does nothing for me. Except for "Single Ladies", which is annoying.
For one thing, I don't think Dawes is a replacement character. They're clearly foregrounding the factional OPA conflict more than in the books, and that's why they have Harris.
The thing about The Expanse is that, for the most part, most of the "sides" have comprehensible motivations and points of view. Nobody's all…
I agree that is a problem. It works in the novels because of the smart use of Naomi's POV, which wouldn't work as well on screen.
However, I think that moving Dawes into that role would also be problematic. I mean, there's a reason that Inaros keeps Naomi around and alive rather than just spacing her when it turns…
