Regarding the stairs, I think it's clear that the walkers are gaining new skills, like walking up stairs, being quiet at times so as to inexplicably be able to sneak up on people, and a strong sense of ironic timing.

I feel like Carol has proven more able to get through to him, when he gets like that I think she's the one who needs to talk with him, scare him in line

Judge Carol slams down gavel…into Wolf's skull

No way, Andy Griffith would have locked down Mayberry and ruled as an "Aw, shucks" version of the Governor. Boss Hogg would have been eaten very quickly

They are making it harder for me to like Morgan. The wolf is taunting him, saying "I would kill you" and "you probably should kill me" in the background and still he says they can save the guy. Enough is enough

Oh great, does that mean Corl is going to get stalked by a mountain lion for much of the back half of the season?

Rick proceeds to throw Spencer over the wall

I completely agree that Tyrese's death would've felt differently if not right after Beth, it was just one on top of the other, and main character death's that aren't grand are ok in order to maintain the rulesof the show, but not one on top of the other.
Glen is absolutely the moral compass along with Maggie, and I

She totally would have. I think Rick is oblivious to the conflict with Ron and Corl and just happy one of the Alexandrians wants to learn to shoot. Honestly if I were Rick I would be wondering if Ron would want to kill me as revenge for his dad

I agree, that's why I still think Glen is not long for their world. I think there is more you could do with Glen, either as assertive moral compass to Rick's increasing ruthlessness or as one of the characters who still has optimism and hope to be stripped away (although that is a boring and repetitive story, but a

I was really hoping it would lead to Glen finding that she wasn't alone, but meeting up with someone, be it wolf or other. Then she's got a good reason to run. But nope, just running away to run away

I'm with you that it would be a dumb move, it would make this feel like a stunt to add impact, but this show has done this plenty before. Gimple is definitely better, but I didn't like how they did Beth's death or really even Tyrese.

It's funny, because I think the entire reason they did this arc with Glen is so that he can be killed brutally and in a way that is brutal to the fans. I can see them saying, "If we're going to kill him later, let's do this first to make it hurt more later"

I finally watched It Follows, I am mystified by the stellar reviews I had seen. It was good, there were some aspects I thought were very good, and maybe I am a victim of the hype, but I kept seeing it referred to as the best horror movie in so long and seeing it on "Best of the Year" lists and I don't get that.

No worries, so many people can't seem to discuss religion calmly, I'm enjoying the good conversation on the subject.

No need to apologize, I'm enjoying the good conversation. So many people can't discuss religion without yelling. Balance may not have been the most precise word choice

Raised Orthodox, currently Conservative. Satan is barely mentioned, his biggest role is in the Book of Job, but the fallen angel stuff is Christianity, not Judaism

I just did

Not Judeo, just Christian. Jews don't view him as opposition to G-d

I'm not sure what you mean by that. I'm not saying equally strong opposing sides, or even that the sides are in opposition. But that there can't really be good without evil, that is the "balance" I refer to
