I don't think that is a redesign problem - I used to have it with the old design. I think it went away with a browser update. My pet peeve is that when you log in, even if, say, reading this article, it automatically takes you to a different one (not even the home page).

I believe it has been mentioned before that The Tolerability Index is not exactly to scale, or in any sense a finely-calibrated measuring device. It usually boils down to "the thing on the far left, I kinda like. Everything else is intolerable."
