I saw Pulp Fiction at least three times in the theaters, including once when I was in England in the spring of 1995.  FREAKY!!!

I've watched all of the episodes on Hulu.  Its actually a pretty entertaining show that can be quite tense and suspenseful at points.  The "found footage" format is, of course, gimmicky, and there are points where you just yell at the screen — PUT DOWN THE CAMERA — but that is inherent in the genre.

Bad Boys by Inner Circle
Its not really about cops, per se, but Inner Circle's "Bad Boys" has become so ingrained in the public consciousness as being associated with cops and "COPS", that its hard to believe it didn't make the list.
