One of the first episodes I saw was "The Idiot's Lantern" when it was on PBS (new Who, I know). I remember being so terrified of SPOILER ALERT the Wire sucking people's faces off END SPOILER that I was clutching a pillow, cowering in the corner of my couch. And I'm a grown woman.
