I usually go with the 10 minute epic tool song- Lateralus, Pushit, Parabol/Parabola
For me, it's easy to get into the song and after a couple of those go by, I'm almost done with my crappy, crappy workout.

I agree, Penguin- but for me, the only ska is Jamaican ska. Even the early english stuff seems derivitive to me. (I'm not saying that people who like it suck and blahblahblah) I just can't get into it.

I think ND does have a 'deep reservoir of melancholy', but deals with it in a very realistic high school way- Napoleon isn't totally aware of how bad he has it, because he's never known anything different.
