Village of the Giants was included on the MST3K box set released last week. Much like other Burt I. Gordon movies, it was cheesy, I kind of admired its ingenuity.

The only context that song has yet to be used in a movie is following a Wayne's World-esq "doodly doodly" flashback to summer '99, over a swooping crane shot of American suburbia, inhabited by teenagers in comically large black khakis and backwards red baseball caps.

I also give props to Walsh's The Roaring Twenties with Cagney. The confrontation between him and Bogart at the end is one of my all time favorite scenes

Listening to Now What?! on yt right now, and I'm really digging it!

1. Queens Of The Stone Age - Like Clockwork
2. Uncle Acid And The Deadbeats - Mind Control
3. Kylesa - Ultraviolet
4. Blood Ceremony - The Eldritch Dark
5. Purson - The Circle and the Blue Door
6. Intronaut - Habitual Levitations (Instilling Words With Tones)
7. Meat Puppets - Rat Farm (this one got swept under the rug)
8.

Awesome, awesome show!

No Warren Oates restating how punk rock he is yet? I'm surprised.

John Cleese said something to the effect that when working with the Muppets, he found them so convincing that he forgot about the puppeteers and would talk to the Muppet between takes.

I thought Wyld Stallions did God Gave Rock And Roll To You…

Y'know, I always thought there was something wrong with this guy, but I couldn't quite put my finger on what…

I liked how Varg took credit for church burnings while insisting he wasn't actually present at the burnings, yet his feud with Euronymous began when Euronymous took credit for church burnings when he wasn't actually present at the burnings.

"feminism"? Most pre-Christian societies in Europe were materlinal. What a dumbass.

@DDB9000:disqus Sure he did some great things in the past, but then, the 80s weren't kind to classic rock artists. I don't hear what's so unformulaic about this song versus everything else in the 80s. In fact, I thought it was a Phil Collins song for years. The hook based around the "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" in all the

No. That is the worst. That song embodies everything I hate about bad 80s pop music.

I had a few too many myself!

Was Bane supposed to sound like W. C. Fields?

I feel the same way about The Man Who Knew Too Little and Cable Guy.

Sign this was made in 2001: Kid Rock cameo.

Kim Thayil has a Die Kreuzen shirt!
