Wait, what? Retouched his waistline? Please to explain.

Rome's sloppy seconds
So now Stevenson is doing this film and McKidd is on Grey's Anatomy? I'm not sure who I feel worse for. Seriously, let's get some decent projects their way (time travel shows need not apply).

My pitch: It's Popless meets MPDG!

It's a gritty life, scratching out an existence on Dildo Beach. Yep, sure can get irritating, but yet its residents try not to rush into anything or do anything rash. I took some photos last visit there, but they came out grainy.

I forgot to mention that my other, conflicting theory is that Peter is not actually Walter's son, but rather a clone of him. This would explain why torturing Peter would successfully reveal information that only Walter knows. It would also explain all of the other little hints Walter keeps dropping about Peter's

I didn't intend for my comments to sound like typical backlash. I still watch and enjoy the show, but the last couples seasons seemed to lack the tight focus of the first two. I thought the (mid)season finale was great, though, and can't wait for the new (half)season in January.

I definitely could've stayed a show about their survival without devolving into what … is has devolved into, and without being formulaic.

I'm sure I'll watch it, but…
…the show seems to have lost what made it so compelling in its first season.

More Astrid
I would be delighted to see a whole episode about her, or perhaps have her character take over for Bore-livia.

I wasn't sure if Bjork's ability to count cards was actually her own, or another John Scott ability. Every time she slipped into John Scott memory mode, she seemed to do this fake macho voice, which was perhaps a little too unintentionally hilarious.

It's very Star Wars-y, but I've always suspected that the lab assistant that died was Walter's wife and Peter's mom, which estranged the two and made Walter go loco.

Kirk's Chair (Geek Alert)
Isn't there supposed to be a locked compartment (safe?) under the left arm for important documents? I haven't watched Trek since college (late 80s - early 90s), but I remember that much at least. For almost 3k, I want my chair safe, dammit!

Sciene Fiction, crappy remake,
not sure how much more I can take,
I guess New Line, thinks we can stand it,
cause they're redoing, Forbidden Planet,
oh nooo ohh,

science fiction double feature
Well Keanu was ill the day the Earth stood still,
But he told us which point to break,
And Flash Gordon was there,
In silver underwear,
And the invisible man was Kevin Bac (-on)

Superman lived to stalk another day.

This year, to save me from tears, I'm spending it with a hooker. (at least that's how we used to sing that song at the restaurant where I used to wait tables in my wretched youth)

You need not continue. Point well taken.

Wow, the oscar curse sure hit reese witherspoon fast
She got an Oscar like two years ago, and now she's doing a lame Christmas rom-com?

Also forget Cocktail.

I reject all your silly Australian stereotypes.
