for the record, I think Kate McKinnon would have killed as co-anchor but then she couldn't do WU guests like Angela Merkel and the GTA mom, and that would be a shame.

I'm glad they picked one of the writers instead of trying to shoehorn a male from the cast into the role, because Kenan's not up to it, Moynihan and Pharaoh do too…
