I do like Texas BBQ, but I really dig mustard and vinegar. I also just learned about mayo-based Alabama white sauce, which I hope we can both agree is a violation of the Geneva Convention.

Yeah, it looks like there are a few different varieties, though, all with vinegar. I was referring to the vinegar and mustard kind, which is apparently mostly in South Carolina. NC has a vinegar and tomato based "red sauce," and one that's just vinegar and spices.
