Not a completely accurate summary of it. It's not so much that he's "embracing" the labels, he's writing from the perspective of an alt-right guy writing from the perspective of a liberal. That's why the end he proclaims that a "cuck is always sad".

I can't believe you'd only give this a B. I agree that the Nail Salon segment wasn't among the best, but it was short and not nearly bad enough to bring the episode down very much. Definitely agree with this review. Nowadays an episode usually only ends up working when they find a single premise good enough to milk enough jokes out of, but rarely do new ones end up being good because they actually write with care for the characters. This was an awesome surprise.
