I may or may not have read this particular book (I devoured kid's horror novels), and Daniel Cohen as a recall wrote and collected tons of stories- the one that stuck out at me was "The Berkeley Square Horror" which made it into a big number of kid books about "real life" hauntings- the most frightening thing about it

Check out a short story in Robert McCammon's "Blue World" called "Yellowjacket Summer".  I think its the very first story.  Heh. Heh.  Heh.

I'm surprised many people aren't reaching back that far (granted I won't even own copies of Pet Sematary or The Exorcist in my home), but man, when I was a kid I distinctly remember two books that scared the piss out of me, yet… moth to flame I loved them- "There's a Nightmare in my Closet" by Mercer Mayer, whose

Yes to her acting career as it opens up more interesting plot avenues, no to who she hangs out with having changed considering other than impersonal crowd scenes requiring "People who are different from Leonard and co." we haven't really met anyone Penny hangs out with beyond the girls she met through Leonard & co,

@drdarke:disqus - actually it wasn't so much the risk of a bullwhip/sword fight as the risk that Harrison Ford would shit himself in front of the entire cast, but yes, that scene did cross my mind and I wondered if anyone was going to counter me with Indy, to which I would have pointed out that Indy's whip served

The problem is, its not what the reviewer is inferring- its what the show ends up inferring, dictating actually, because after a splendid emotional moment which as others have stated on the thread, really could have coalesced into a resolution on why these two people are together, the showwriters turn it into a

Its this moment that was both an asset and a liability to the episode (as NameTBD and Fercita also point out).  Its probably the best emotional moment I've seen between the couple… I want to say… ever?  Immediately ruined right after Penny's face completely, believably brightens at seeing Leonard be passionate and

That was an amazingly credible Bernadette impression.  And the low voice that she used in reply was probably the first time I've found that woman attractive.

Miles has had his temptations (mostly Bajoran if I recall correctly- Kira and that technician who turned out to be eeeeevil), but yeah, I don't think he was into Rejal- primarily because of his marriage, and somewhat, as we have seen him be a little more tempted, probably because she's Cardassian, a species he tends

That is one of my favorite speeches.  Of course, I did have an issue with Quark's logic however, as his descriptor could be applied to any species put under extreme conditions, and that's what rang a bit false for me- it was a layered "humans aren't perfect" Trek speech, but really, under extreme duress, any being is
