"And then I realized that my biggest mistake was trusting NBC…"

I don't know how many here would agree, but I can get through most episodes through season 23, maybe even a little after. Which season had the episode with Tom Waits? That was a pretty good "latter-latter-day" episode, and the 500th episode(possibly from the same season) was also enjoyable as I recall. I've stopped

Sturgeon's Law to the fullest.

Why can't Justin Theroux appear in another David Lynch project? I was surprised to not see him turn on the Twin Peaks cast list.

He did predict that you'd come back, because this episode is actually pretty good.

She seemed to be straight, but had chosen her kingdom over a personal life. She had a boyfriend in a flashback episode, I think he was a baked good. I wasn't really invested in a potential romantic past with Marceline because it felt like something they only chose to kind of go with because the fans suggested it

The show already felt like it had gone adrift, I'm not even sure if they're still building to anything anymore. Maybe they never really were, and my trust was misplaced.

Well, Cartoon Planet used to exist. Maybe it will come back again someday.

Gumball is probably going to be ending soon too.

Crass the Lord is currently role playing as Sterling Archer.

To be fair to myself, I did mention Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore.

Well, they shouldn't post about the bullshit Burger King puts out either, but we're too far gone in that regard.

Why are you dating a girl who wouldn't want to see The Witch and Green Room?

Celebrities split all the time. That type of thing was never on their radar before and you know it.

Sorry to hijack, but I refuse to click on the previous Newswire, even to complain about it. It can still be fun to "joke" about The AV Club's decline, but there's really not much fun in them TMZ-ing it up by having a Newswire about a standard celebrity divorce. The only acceptable time was when they posted about Kim

Ulrich's real last name is Trout, so he takes water as well.

This is great news, because I like him, but I was never going to watch Halt and Catch Fire.

The second he was killed off, I knew I was done with the show. I wasn't interested in the slightest about any larger arc that would happen after. The story only sort of worked as a limited series, beyond that, the loss of Mendelsohn would be too great. Killing off Sam Shepard so early was a bold(if slightly misguided)
