Could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that Lip isn't at MIT. I think he's at the University of Chicago. There were Chicago banners all over the first episode while he was walking to his dorm. Plus, the second girl at the party, from his high school, gave me the same impression.

Does anyone else think Pete's coughing bout only added to a) the hilarity of the scene, and b) Pete's persona of a full-grown child, when you compare it to Sally smoking like a champ in the bathroom?
