Ditto…I think 3 was the highlight for me.
Ditto…I think 3 was the highlight for me.
Once again, I don't think the premise had merit and they just sucked…period.
Leave it to a sailor to pick that fight in here…DANG!
Disagree…the premise was awesome and could have yielded a great movie, but that sappy ending made me vomit…rewind…and vomit again.
But it was not a good premise either, so there's that.
I'm a haf ta fall in with the majority on Idiocrisy…cuz I like money.
@ Anywhere I lay my head: Or they'd have stopped watching the damn things and just rented Darjeeling Limited and be fapping to her awesome nudity.
" I jumped on the Sublime wagon as I loved pun, ska, and reggae…"
I didn't misconstrue, and got what you were saying. Being old enough to have been a huge Specials fan, I jumped on the Sublime wagon as I loved pun, ska, and reggae… hip hop was a new fascination for me having just got out of the service (which is where i was first exposed to it)…and was a refreshing addition to the…
Cunthammer Checkmate sounds like:
Gotta admit, I liked what I saw on her SNL performance…great voice. The video for one of her songs pops up fairly frequently and it creeps me out…so that's good.
They still have charts and shit…kewl. I thought that went the way of the dodo, what with a niche for every song….ok, band at least.
Didn't Kevin and Alan Alda solve a fire with their feminism?
I remember Starblazers, but was the green dude who rode around on the half of a planet in that? Or was that a different series?
There is also some bad acting in there too. Maybe not the main characters as much, but there are some horrible supporting roles in there. Some of them made me cringe every time (Bobby…Ginny). I hated Paulie and Janice, but you were supposed to, so the performances were excellent.
I'll have to agree on the REM early albums, and I remember picking up that EP with Carnival of Sorts on it and it turned me on to "other music".
I tried watching the first episode twice…out like a light…I'm sure it was good though.
First time I heard PJ I thought, "well, there's the end of that [grunge]". They sucked then and that suck has held up pretty well for them.
I never liked TMNT but I did like Fraggle Rock…granted, I smoked a lot of weed back then. My kids love it, but to my knowledge they don't smoke weed yet…or they've managed to hide their stash pretty well.
I loved Louie…that was by far one of the best "comedy" shows of recent note. I still think Seinfeld is funny, but I find anything with a laughtrak unnerving now, after so much cable. It's almost as if you wandered into the Kmart of TV comedy when you hear it. "who are those dead people laughint"…creepy man.
