I think you should use geo-detection to turn off the "local" function for areas where you have no local coverage.

I have to disagree with Johnny D's assessment of Tilda's performance in Michael Clayton. I, too, think it's one of the films of the decade and the most memorable scene for me was her getting dressed - and armored - before the final confrontation/takedown.
