I think it holds up OK as entertainment, but not in terms of being one of the "greatest movies ever made", like say, Sunrise does.

Not sure if Moonrise Kingdom is one of the greatest movies ever made - but its the best movie I've seen in a long time and hopefully will go to see it again before its no longer in theaters.
Pretty good list - thanks for reminding me of Dead Man - I'm going to have to add that to my best of the 2000s list.
