Todd's description of his breakup is exactly like mine (and probably many others). Once I realized Mulder was gone, the relationship was more or less over. Yea, I caught an episode of seasons 8 and 9, kinda like hooking up with an ex, but yea, it was over once Mulder disappeared into the stars.

Rush is so damn good. Such a classic, but maybe because I was a teenager when I first watched it. It really digs into cliques, teenage angst, addiction, power fantasies, etc. I also love how Mulder and Scully barely play a role, they're always one step behind (literally!). As cheesy as the ending was, I thought it was

Season 7 does have some gems. I loved Hungry. Did it remind anyone of the killer from No Country for Old Men air gun death thing? Bang! Proboscis to the head!

Rush was so great on so many levels. Addiction, revenge, teenage angst, etc. But I really enjoy how Rush strung you along on many of the typical cliches only to take another direction. Was it telekinesis? Nope! A ghost? Guess again! Scully and Mulder were always one step behind, but it was never about them. The

Amen! My buddy and I have a rule you can't play it until after December 1…since it was like 8 days from thanksgiving, it s like torture this year. I listen to the whole thing once a day until Christmas…it's so damn good.

See, that kinda pissed me off. I can't stand the "unsure" girlfriend stereotype. It's gotten so old and engrained in culture you wonder why guys even tolerate it.

Either way, wtf is up with Erin? "Andy's still my boyfriend but you can keep your arm around me"…just…fuck her.

Ehhh I don't want to elaborate too much on that HJ analogy, but I think it gave a lot of great standalones for the sacrifice needed to get through the shitty mythology.
