You're aware much of these screenplays in paricular are word for word transcriptions of King's books? That's what makes them so damn successful, I think. Darabont's retooling of The Mist was, uh, not so great.

You're Next, The Conjuring, Trick R Treat, and the very first Saw film are missing here. I feel like so many people forget how incredible and original the first Saw movie was because all of the sequels were such utter shit. But that first one? Man, that was something.

I just want a serious Thor film. The Dark World was a huge letdown and throwing Hulk into the mix for the sequel feels tacky and seems to suggest that Marvel isn't as confidence in Thor's star power as they should be. But hell, what do I know? I haven't seen the movie yet.

Last week's "Chainsaw" had that brilliant scene with the frat guys, ghetto code, Backstreet Boys, and the Red Devils. And this week had…. nothing. Worst episode so far, really disappointing. "Chainsaw" set a high standard for the show going forward, one this week's episode failed to live up to.
