I love David T so I'll check it out!

Interestingly, Mendelsohn is younger than both Chandler (by 4 years) and Butz (by 2). I wonder if Mendelsohn is a heavy smoker/drinker. And I'm not too thrown off by Kevin looking older. John's the straightlaced family man, the way Kevin lives I buy him just looking like shit for his age.
Unusual in what respect?
I wish they hadn't gone full retard with Danny. It was much more compelling to me when he was plain old bitter and manipulative. You could really empathize fully with both sides. But they just went a little over the top for my liking.
LIRR goes to Jersey? News to me.
I thought it was real, but then I thought "Hrm, Danny is handling that gun unrealistically well for a guy who's blasted…"
Even the shitfest prequels killed at the box office. And I feel like Star Wars is basically He-Man or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at this point-basically an extended toy…excuse me, "merchandise" commercial.
Great to hear-I hope this guy gets lots and lots of work.
Why would you do that to me? Eep!
That's what I'm thinking. He's Sam Shepard. He was either busy with other things or didn't want to commit long-term. If I'm a big name like him, I'll do a 5 or 6 episode arc for a drama I think looks good, but I don't want to be tied down indefinitely to shooting 13 episodes a year. If I'm not a working actor, why…
Yeah, if Danny was older and presumably bigger and stronger and his father still beat the piss out of him, imagine how John felt at 14.
I don't use this newfangled millenial technology
It's 12? I thought 13 was the standard for prestige dramas.
I think the perception of Breaking Bad as "constant thrill" is very much a creation of binge-watchers. Because I watched the entire series on a week-to-week basis as it aired. Sure, it started fast. Sure, there were some crazy episodes.
This is true, regarding our personalities. But I don't think it's wrong to imagine that the palpable blame and resentment directed towards Danny took its toll on him. Maybe didn't change the fact that he was already a basically fully formed person with his own issues, you know, it's not a Dexter "born in blood" type…
Sigh. So I guess these first four reviews weren't popular enough to justify posting the rest of them? I notice that the first four were published on consecutive days at the exact same time, and it's past that time today. Oh well.
If Chuck's really still Hamlin's partner, then (generally speaking) he shouldn't be pursuing business opportunities on his own without bringing them to his partners first-that's basic partnership law. http://en.wikipedia.org/wik… Now, you'll notice that this is a New York case, and we're dealing with New Mexico, but…
"once he realizes that the use of his code for unauthorized legal investigation will not only sink the case"
Whoa, what's this other thing Matthew Rhys is in? I love him on The Americans.
I'll take your word for it and keep an open mind. I'm inclined to sympathize with Danny because I'm also the first born child in my family, and I'm the one who moved away and my relationship with my family has been fraught (no dead siblings, thankfully).
