Sabotage>Adaptation>BJM>Where the Wild Things Are

I imagine this will become an echo in here very soon but for the love of god, see Eternal Sunshine. Michel Gondry can make shit for the next two decades and I won't care cause that movie is near perfect. The same thing can be said for Jim Carrey.

Definitely not my favorite episode but I thought Bob's obsession with Cake was pretty great.

I'd absolutely watch both of those shows.

More Walton Goggins is always a good thing

What if it was a charity devoted to the cause of bringing back Terriers?

Yeah but it was recorded before Mellow Gold was recorded. We're just arguing semantics at thatpoint

One Foot in the Grave was recorded before Mellow Gold so I'm fine with excluding it.

I'm kind of shocked that Kanye's 808's and Heartbreak isn't on here. I personally love it but a lot of people think it's a complete anomaly in his catalog.

while I agree on some of those (mainly Bowie and Costello), the Beck one in particular is suspect. Every album has their defenders but there's not that many people that think all of them are great. Some people think The Information is boring (which I love) while I think Guero and Modern Guilt are pretty terrible.

I'd say Evol-EJSTNS is a better 7 album run than Sister-A Thousand Leaves. That said, I'd rather have Sonic Youth fail spectacularly than put out albums on autopilot (I'm looking at you The Eternal). I don't think NYCGF is a blemish on their career, but more a part of what makes them so captivating.

I'm actually kind of worried about this. I can't imagine they're going to keep that in there indefinitely. It's going to cost them a fortune to use it on the dvds. I don't know how they can really replace it though.

If I knew how to edit wikipedia easily I would absolutely add that quote to the criticisms section.

I have to assume the actors keep themselves sane by mocking the show/writing behind the scenes

I think you're confusing Ed Helms with Ed Burns and it's resulting in a wonderful metal picture.

Yeah I'm pretty excited to see what his new albums sounds like. The first track he released sounds wonderful and if we're lucky he's going back to the dense sound he used to have with the microphones.

Schoolboy Q told me that Detox is like a mix away so maybe we'll see that sometime this summer

wishful thinking…

I hope those guys announce a US tour sometime in the near future. It's been too long.

This cd is one of the most exciting things I've heard in a long time. I don't know if he'll be able to maintain the raw qualities of this in the future (if he even wants to) but I'm excited to hear where he goes next.
