Never heard that song, but I'm sure I could go through your music collection and find some lyrical passages that come across much worse than that when taken out of context.

Pop songs do tend to repeat the chorus, you're right about that.

I don't think we need Taylor Swift to start addressing any of those topics.

A person who acts as though they've achieved when they haven't is actually displaying the opposite of self-esteem. True self-esteem in 100% internal and it's almost impossible to accomplish anything significant without having it.

I believe this was the last genuine comment in the exchange before you started trolling. If so, I have to ask:

Not that this is a bad thing, but Belle & Sebastian have always struck me as a group that was very, very concerned with seeming cool.

She needs for you to wish the best for her?

Thanks, but I discontinued my newsletter. Didn't wanna be part of the problem any longer.

I agree with what you're saying. But I think AmPsycho is correct in some ways, because I think he/she is saying something more than just spouting the tired "stop criticizing and create your own" cliche.

Well, now that I've seen the play, that's definitely a safety. The guy who kicked the ball was obviously trying to obtain possession, as you clarified in your reply and as the video clearly shows. So because he muffed it, the impetus for the ball going into the end zone transferred to the Colts at that moment, making

Interesting. I did not see the play, but based on your description, here’s what I came up with from reviewing the rule book:

"A man doesn't call his wife 'plus one'."

It would be prohibitively time consuming to review all those spots. Bringing out the chains a couple times per game isn't. Also, as I said elsewhere here, the spot might not be exact, but the chain measurement is for all intents and purposes. As exact as it needs to be at least.

I agree with you there - even though i don't think they should, it is surprising that they haven't tried something more hi-tech.

"Because, Gary, a future Seinfeld plotline is hanging in the balance."

The actions and decisions that occur between the lines are the essence of the sport, and that includes the calls made by the officials on the field. Stray too far from that, and the essence starts to get lost. That's why the call made on the field is given more weight.

My point is, how does he know it's not effective? Is he saying that no kicker has ever missed a kick after being iced? He used some pretty strong language about people whom I'm sure know a lot more about football than he does, so let's have some proof.

It's a game. They're not launching spacecraft to land on comets. Are we going to start watching replays for missed holding calls? Do you want every play to be followed by some jagoffs in a booth watching two dozen super slo-mo replays?? That would not seem optimal to me. At some point, you live with the

Then in that case, you shall have them.
