I also had a really good time seeing that movie.  I went with my then-girlfriend (now wife).  There were also maybe four or five other people in the theater, and two of them walked out after Planet Terror.

I saw Anaconda in the theater with a predominantly black audience. It was actually pretty fun.  One lady screamed super loud and threw half of her tub of popcorn in the air.  The film melted about half way through and there were some funny comments while the projectionist got another reel going.
