But she already played Domino, so that would be weird.

Well then, I'll place my theory here now that the interrogator is actually Rory Campbell aka future Ahab. Guy who interrogates mutants for the government gets maimed by one during a bad session and goes on to become a full-on mutant hunter? That seems to fit.

I have faith in Rian Johnson.

He was still one of the stronger points of that movie.

Yeah, I saw this in junior high as a double feature with the zombie high school comedy "My Boyfriend's Back". "Buffy" was way better, and infinitely more quotable.

I enjoyed the Nioh demo but I don't think it's for me.

But I think the side one trio of Siva/Rhinoceros/Bury Me is still pretty great.

Yeah, there wasn't a whole lot like it in 1991, especially if, like me, you were living in a small rural town. Access to any music non-top 40 or non-oldies was pretty rare outside of 120 Minutes and Headbanger's Ball.

Sin Song was really good live, maybe it works better that way. Looking forward to the new album, for sure, but I will check out this link in the meantime, thanks!

"Drown" (from the Singles soundtrack) is more of a Gish song than a Siamese Dream song, but it kinda shows the direction they were heading. I still think Gish is worth a listen, but I'm not as into it as I was back when.

The first single off of the new album is good, so I'm hopeful.

Guero tries too hard to be "Odelay: The Sequel" but still has some decent tracks. I liked Modern Guilt a fair bit. But the Scientology thing still taints it all.

I loved Gish. I liked Siamese Dream okay. I jumped off the ride after that.

Slow Phaser is my favorite of hers so far, though.

On my way to work yesterday there was a guy on the train whose headphones were just loud enough for me to kinda hear the song he was listening to, some female pop song, but the same song, over and over, for like 30-40 minutes… I had to move seats after the third repeat.

"Daysleeper" is another great tune on that album.

An amazing use of "stentorian", a word now added to my overgrown lexicon that I'm mostly going to use to continue to baffle coworkers in PowerPoint presentations.

I waited in line to get the tickets, so my friends waited in line to get in and get good seats for The Phantom Menace the day after. It was the only movie I've seen in the theater quite that trashed, but after a sober viewing later, I regret nothing.

Of if you've just had all four of your wisdom teeth taken out.

Hey now, that's only one of his homes! He sold one of his other multimillion dollar properties in New York a few years ago to make it appear like he has principles!
