I don't think anyone saw that coming. I was like, "wait, what?" and one friend didn't even realize they had added it in the finale.

Yes. Throughout the entire series, the show was either facing cancellation or Larry threatening to quit.

The Larry Sanders Show had a good finale.

It doesn't help this episode is a year too late. The TP, while still strong in some areas, is far from the force it was in 2010 and '11.

During the middle of last night's episode, we had a weather alert that popped up on the television complete with that annoying beeping and creepy robot voice telling you to get to the basement. That was more enjoyable than this episode.

I remember the Conners were picked and they decided to watch PBS the entire time. You know, to class things up.

Wasn't there an entire episode early in the season's run devoted to Lois trying to convince Peter Brian was more than just a dog? I think Peter wanted him to perform at a dog show and Lois berates him for essentially treating Brian like a second-class citizen.
