Was I the only one really disappointed that Wilkes WASN'T Adam Brashier?

As a book reader and fan this is the first episode where I feel slightly "betrayed" by the changes. (and I usually don't mind them). But:
1. Reaaaaaaaaaaaaally not sure about Iseult's casting… (Asser is perfect though)
2. No Steapa?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Before the show even started and as a mega fan of the books and everything Cornwell, I was already complaining that the actor playing Uhtred is too short and too thin and looks NOTHING like a Dane but… I'm GLAD to say the guy completely won my heart. Actually, the fact that he is not a hulking behemoth of destruction…
