Wouldn't it be too obvious (to us as the audience AND to fake Emily) if the person stealing the box is Emily? Who would put their name on the card as if to say, "oh hey, I stole your stuff, btw I'm coming to screw up your engagement party, xoxo real Emily Thorne".
