Well Hells Bells, you sure are being difficult tonight…the only things I can think of besides the already suggested going in at down times to figure it out, is to make friends with someone there and ask them to show you the way. Or maybe getting the manufacturing info and look for video demos.

I have a good friend who is a personal trainer and he said that unfamiliarity with the machines keeps a lot of people out or chases them away after the first visit. He recommended calling ahead and speak to a trainer and they will show you the way. They deal with this all the time.

Have you seen Bering Sea Gold on the Discovery Channel? All sorts of ice diving in it and after seeing a few episodes where the divers freaked out…well, I just might have to cross it off my list of things to do before I bite the big one.
