Summation of this album from an outsider
I (somehow) had not listened to Sufjan Stevens before this album, so I went into this only knowing that the interwebs fawn over this guy. Anyway, I was describing "Impossible Soul" to a friend, and it actually fits the description of this entire album.

I find it takes longer to type @ than just to simply spell out "at". Why did he do that every time?

Is that why Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey are together? That explains everything.

You may, but that doesn't mean I'll believe you. I am very happy he moved on from that Euro club techno phase of his career. Reality, now that is an underrated album.

What ever happened to Anthony Hamilton?
He came out with a couple of solid R&B albums. I thought, for sure, he would stick around and make good, low-key, neo soul while making his real money singing the hooks for much more famous people.
