I think, in the Moore era, tit jokes are absolutely well and fine unless they are made at Bond's expense.

People think Quantum's plot is complicated because Bond takes wild leaps of logic in it. Right after he kills some guy, Olga Kurylenko shows up and mistakes him for the guy he just killed, and he just goes with it. Later, he makes the snap decision to risk his neck to save this chick (who earlier tried to shoot him)…

I never really felt that Lucifer giving Dream the key to Hell is his revenge on him. He seemed more preoccupied with his decision to abandon his role and walk the earth. Maybe he chose Dream to pass the key to, and he'd certainly be all smiles if it caused Dream's downfall - but he just has bigger things on his mind…

But it's also got fucking Lynn-Holly Johnson, and Moore spends the entire climactic action scene with a look on his face that says "oh god oh god what have I gotten myself into I'm gonna diiiiiieee".

Moore has never been cooler than when he freed the hostage crews of two nuclear subs, then effortlessly turns them into his own army of redshirts. The way he just takes charge is fucking badass.
