Although if we could get Dan Harmon back through some sort of miracle that would be fantastic. I'm sure he'd even find a way to make Season 4 retroactively better (although, aside from a disappointing finale, I think that there was some really good stuff in there).

JIM RASH FOR SHOWRUNNER!

Agreed.

@avclub-bca3531762af8a993c4f60c48fd5e33b:disqus Couldn't agree more man. Romantic Expressionism all the way to the end of Season 2 was amazing all the way.
In terms of actual runs of episodes, I think that Episode 6 of Season 2 (Epidemiology) all the way up to Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas (Episode 11) is such an

Season 1 and 2 were absolute perfection to me. Season 3 was damn close to that perfection, but was a little bit more inconsistent.

Wow.

I'm so glad someone else feels the same way. Season 3 was definitely better but there times in Season 3 where the characters felt the furthest thing from "real people".

I have a lot of thoughts about this episode, and about Community fans in general.
First off, I thought it was alright. I'll admit that "it was all a dream" was a bit unnecessary, and I also agree that they really overdid it with the 'Darkest timeline' stuff.

C'mon Todd, that was an A-/A if there ever was one this season.

If 'Urban Matrimony and the Sandwich Arts' (Shirley's Wedding) can be an A-, then this should be an 'A'. Not saying this episode is in fact an 'A', but just that there were some pretty standard and dull episodes of Community in the past.

Honestly, I feel like most of Season 3 had an 'off' feeling. Kind of weird to me that everyone feels like things have changed now.

As a guy who owns the Seasons on DVD and has virtually memorized Season one and two of Community, I thought this was a solid episode.
