Don't be embarrassed! There's a lot of "classic" movies I haven't seen.

I feel like this is not a great time to release something like this. It sounds pretty interesting, but I don't really have time for another show that's just a B-. This should be a summer or winter show. Unless they figure it's a weird enough creature to be effective counter-programming against the regular fall season…
I'm recording The Crazy Ones on my DVR but probably won't watch any of it unless I hear that it gets good. Any AV Club commenters want to volunteer to let us know on Friday mornings what the state of the show is?
I enjoyed parts of this season, but unless critics next year are saying things like, "Wow! This show really turned a corner! It was okay in the first season, but now it's just fantastic!" then I won't be back for more.
But this is not presented a sketch show, it's presented as a sitcom.
So I scrolled down here with the intention of writing a comment about the content of the article itself, and then I fell into a comment-reading vortex. Cheers to the reasonable commenters who respect the opinions of others and are comfortable with people having a diversity of tastes. Jeers to every variation of "This…
If there was a phrase I could say that MIGHT summon Cobie Smulders, it's all I would say. I'd be like an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. pokemon.
Yeah I noticed that, too. It's not such a big surprise that I think it'll hurt my enjoyment of the show or anything but it's very odd that that's the picture chosen for this article.
Wednesdays are the busiest for me. Bridge, Broadchurch, The Soup, It's Always Sunny, The League, and Key & Peele all air within the same hour.
I'm really happy I got a 5-tuner DVR with double my old storage two weeks ago. I feel a little stupid about how happy I am, but now I can record everything that looks interesting, then wait a couple months for the TV critics to filter out what's getting good from what's getting bad. Last year I didn't record a lot of…

"CBS airing four Chuck Lorre sitcoms (FOUR!) takes away slots that could go to things I like more."

"saying that Chuck Lorre is misogynistic presumes that his worldview is defined by the (plainly despicable) characters of one of his shows"
I don't really have time for any more podcasts, but oh man that Steve Austin podcast sounds real real good. Dang!
But why hate any TV show? There are things I don't like or enjoy, but I don't hate them. Why give in to destructive emotions like that? What's the benefit to you?
I completely respect your right to enjoy Two and a Half Men! Not every TV show has to appeal to me personally. In fact, thank God they don't, as I already don't have time for all the shows that do appeal to me.
I loved Cybill as a kid because I had a massive crush on Alicia Witt, which gave me a lifelong positive association with the name "Zoey" (in all its spellings, see "Zoe" actress Selma Blair and of course Zooey Deschanel). Also, it was funny!
Wow, everyone hates Chuck Lorre so much. This is probably not the forum for it and I am certainly not the writer to do it, but there has to be a good article here about how the internet hivemind decides certain people are okay to hate (read: Nickelback, Dane Cook, etc.) and then channels all of its worst, bullying…
Her super "Please!" powers briefly took me back to when Lost commenters speculated that Jack had super "Breathe!" powers, as everytime he yelled at a dying person to breathe, they would.
