It's a great song. My biggest fear in life is that I'll never be as happy as Etta James sounds on that song.

the trailer
I think I might stay home and watch that second trailer. I really like that second trailer. Or maybe I just like the song. And the slow motion shot of the pretzel incident.

Walken?

Maya Angelou for Butterfinger. MAYA ANGELOU FOR BUTTERFINGER.

Joy
Did not like her. A total MPDG.

Sugartits- Gotta agree. D & B. At least a Dooney and Bourke
is succinct.

Ah! You're right, it's not funny. At least now I know the depths of its unfunniness.

Hotels.com commercial
Sorry to go off topic, but that commercial comes on at least 4 goddamn times an episode and I cannot make out what that guy is saying which makes it about 100 times more irritating.

Arched Eyebrow- Thanks for posting the title. I couldn't make it out.

Wolfe did Angels in America on Broadway too….
Maybe it acted as some sort of gateway drug…

So…whose bookshelf is that?
Because I noticed that none of those books are on the list. Yet that person has awesome taste.

Oh, I SEE. Then everything is wrapped up in a neat LITTLE PACKAGE!

Wow. Just seeing that short shot of Winslet drinking OJ at breakfast (knowing what's to come) bums me out. Unless it was a clip from another breakfast scene they decided to add for some reason. Then I feel better.

Kimmel was either crying immediately before walking onstage or he's high.

i guess you'll have to settle for an instrumental version of "Whiter Shade of Pale" (I think)?

I'm hoping that he'll get more attention for Watchmen, but since his character is the least fucked up I don't see that happening. Owned by Haley again. (Not that Haley isn't good too, but a well-played boring everyman is just as good as a well-played psycho.)

"Holy crap! That guy just got hit by a bus!" scenes:
"Six Feet Under", Defending Your Life………….

Patrick Wilson
So I'm guessing that Patrick Wilson gives another excellent performance that no one recognizes as great because he's playing another boring everyman type guy?

Betty's pointless apron…
was hilarious.
