This is an A episode. How can you call a show "conservative" that ends in two dudes making out?

I totally agree the writers have been lazy this year. But I was pleasantly surprised at this episode. While the characters don't "develop," I wouldn't expect them to in a Xmas show. I also think that Manny and Haley did move in a direction that suggests growth. For Manny, these phobias seem to be as tiresome for him…
