In Maximum Carnage there's a scene where all of New York is rioting under the influence of mind control. One rioter is about to break a shop window when he sees Captain America. Cap doesn't lift a hand to stop him, the rioter just can't continue once he knows Captain America is watching him.

I am going to catch up on all the superhero shows I've missed. As a former comic shop employee I have a lot of friends who want to talk about these shows that I still mean to get to. So this year I'm getting round to Arrow, The Flash, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Peggy Carter.
